Our friendly Thai chefs have years of experience cooking Thai food,
They can teach all the skills you need to cook one of Asia's most exciting cuisines. Your individual needs will be addressed with as much attention as you require. Each class begins with an introduction to Thai ingredients, followed by a garden tour or fishing. Then comes the actual cooking.
Everyone is equipped with an apron and their own burner at the stove.
We will also give you a Thai cook booklet, which is yours to make notes in and keep. For those ingredients which may not be available where you live, suitable substitutes are suggested. Most recipes can be adapted for vegetarians.
When your meal is ready everyone eats together, Thai style, in our beautiful restaurant overlooking the sea.
