Muay Thai Training Schedules

The Muay Thai Boxing workout is one of the toughest regimen in sports and a great way to get into shape.

Muay Thai Camp

In any case we focus on teaching, practising and improving your Muay Thai skills, based on our Technique, Endurance & Power (T.E.P.) Philosophy. We start working on your Technique, while improving your Endurance in order to build stamina – which you definitely need to uphold 5 Rounds in the Ring. Only then, you have developed the right body composition, muscle endurance, speed, balance and agility in order to work on the right use of Power.

Although we have a Weekly Training Schedule based on T.E.P. – see below – each student's Muay Thai training regime is tailored to suit their individual needs. All of our carefully selected Muay Thai instructors have lifelong Muay Thai boxing experience and they are dedicated to making both your Muay Thai training effective and your time with us at Horizon Thai Boxing Camp memorable. So, if you want to focus more on improving your Endurance in order to get fit and/or lose weight… just ask, and we deliver!
